CarWash – the technology module containing the control system, high-pressure pumps, heating boiler, valves and chemical dispensers.
AquaClean – water preparation module containing filters, softener and reverse osmosis system with demineralised water tank.
The washing modules are located between the washing stands. The customer has the possibility of creating his own version of the car wash by combining the CarWash technology with the AquaClean modules. The main advantage of such a car wash is saving of the area. Modular car washes are ideal for small and, for example, corner lots.
A double water preparation system based on an efficient softener and reverse osmosis system is included in the AquaClean module. This system continuously supplies high-quality water, even when the car wash is running 24 hours a day, so that there are no stains or streaks when the wash is completed. CarWash modular car washes can have a boiler heated by gas, light fuel oil or electricity. The carwash is controlled by a state-of-the-art Siemens computer, and a TFT touchscreen mounted on the control system allows the owner to access information on all important carwash operating parameters, as well as detailed financial information giving the carwash’s revenue and turnover.
